SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:  

Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our corporate office team in Alexandria, Virginia. This position provides an exemplar career opportunity and performs a full range of procurement and administration activities in support of business contract administrative and compliance requirements.

 MINIMUM SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform full range of procurement and administration activities associated with the procurement of material items and subcontracting work.
  • Qualifies suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, performs price and cost analysis, and maintains subcontract files in accordance to established procedures.
  • Oversees and performs the full range of procurement and administration activities associated with subcontracting work and material acquisition on a project.
  • Negotiating with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreement negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
  • Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience working with FAR, DFARS, Agency regulations, etcetera.
  • Experience with T&M, Fixed Price and Cost Type Contracts.
  • Effective Negotiator.
  • Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience with preparation for a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) is preferred.
  • Experience with Deltek CostPoint.
  • Familiarity with rate structures and pricing strategies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Sedentary/10 lbs. max. occasional life/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required.
